Court Hours 9:00 AM to Noon & 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday

Open Court: Tuesdays 5:00 PM. Everyone appearing before the Judge is required to sign in before going to the courtroom. You can check in as early as 4:30 p.m. but no later than 5 p.m.

Law & Motion: 1:30 PM, the last Tuesday of the month. (Sometimes this date may change, to verify please visit Utah Courts Site or call the Clerk).

Dress Code: Courtroom dress code does not allow bare feet, shorts, midriffs, or tank-tops.

Interpreter: If you need an interpreter, please notify the court at (435) 637-5213 ext. 502. (five days before your hearing, if possible). In all criminal cases and in some other proceedings, the court will arrange for the interpreter and will pay the interpreter's fees. You must use an interpreter from the list provided by the court. 

Disabilities: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needed special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services during this proceeding should call WELLINGTON JUSTICE at (435) 637-5213 ext. 502 at least three working days prior to the proceedings.
