Fire Department
Our Fire Department consists of 20 volunteer positions serving Carbon County and parts of Emery & Duchesne Counties through interagency agreements. All personnel have taken the National Incident Management classes (NIMS) as required by the federal government and officers have taken additional NIMS courses as required. Personnel are required to receive training as WFF1, FF1, HazMat Awareness, and Health Care Provider First Aid/CPR. In addition, some personnel have received FF2, HazMat Operations, EMT or EMT-A certification.
