Start, stop or change an account
Call the city office at 435-355-7850 to arrange service for your address. Ask which application is needed, when the change can take effect and what you need to provide. For an existing account, have your bill available. The city administration page identifies the treasurer as the utility billing contact.
The city currently lists a $200 deposit for all new utility accounts. A new account at an existing home and a new physical water or sewer connection are different requests; construction and connection charges can apply separately. Water usage is charged in tiers. Secondary water and commercial sewer have their own schedules. Use the city's full rate table for those details, and ask billing staff to explain any charge on your statement.

For a missing bill, an account change or a question about service at your property, start with the city office. For a water, sewer or garbage issue, its Public Works page lists the department contacts. This website cannot open an account, dispatch a crew or confirm a payment.
The city's published office hours are Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; closed Friday. Its contact page lists City Hall at 102 N 100 W, Wellington, UT 84542, and the mailing address as PO Box 559. Check that page before an in-person visit.
