Submit Application and $15.00 Application Fee
Attend Planning and Zoning meeting (2nd Wednesday of the month)
Planning and Zoning Commissioners will, if conditions are met, make a favorable recommendation for applicant to appear before City Council.
Applicant appears before City Council for a review (3rd Wednesday of the month).
Upon approval applicant pays $50.00 business license fee. If required applicant may also need to pay $50.00 fire inspection fee.
City Hall will issue a business license once all fees are paid

All business licenses expire on December 31st of the current calendar year. Businesses will receive renewal forms in December. Renewal fees are based on total gross income received by the business during the year prior. Renewal fees are $50.00 minimum, $300 maximum. A late fee of 10% is assessed if not renewed prior to February 1st.
