Utilities, account deposits and cemetery fees

The official city payment page lists Xpress Bill Pay for utility account payments, utility setup fees and deposits, and cemetery fees.

Wellington City Justice Court payments

The city links to a separate Wellington City Justice Court payment portal. Its opening screen identifies the court and asks for a citation or court case number. Confirm the court and the name on the case before proceeding.

For a citation amount, a case that cannot be found or a question about paying, contact the court at 435-636-3289, the number published on the city's payment page. Do not use the utility account portal for a court fine.

Business licenses, permits or another city charge

Ask the city which payment route applies before sending money. The official online-payment list does not say that every city fee can be paid through Xpress Bill Pay. Call 435-355-7850 or use the official city contact page. The city fee schedule lists charges, but it is not a payment form.
