First time paying online?

Have your utility bill ready. You need the utility account number and the last name or business name shown on it.
Sign up with Xpress Bill Pay using your email address, then complete its email verification.
Find Wellington City as the billing organization and link your utility account. Check the account details before adding it.
Choose the bill and follow the checkout steps. Review the amount and available payment methods before confirming.
Keep the successful-payment receipt for your records.

Already registered, or setting up AutoPay?

Sign in to your existing Xpress Bill Pay account to view the bill and payment history. AutoPay is optional: the city's instructions show it as a separate choice after linking an account. Review its settings and your next payment date in the portal.

If the portal will not open or cannot find your bill

Return to the official payment page to check the link. If an account lookup fails, compare the account number and name with your bill. For an unresolved billing issue or another way to pay, call Wellington City at 435-355-7850. The city treasurer's office handles utility billing.

If a payment's status is unclear, check your receipt and payment history or ask the city to confirm it before sending another payment. This guide cannot verify a balance or reverse a charge.
