For more information, please check out our Recreation Page. ]]>Fri, 18 Mar 2016 21:50:08 GMThttp://www.wellingtonutah.us/wellington-city-news/wellington-city-chicken-ordinanceEffective April 1st, 2016 the Land and Use Code Pertaining to the Keeping of Chickens in zones R-1-43, R-1-21, R-1-10, and R-1-7 of Wellington City will change. Chickens will be permitted on owner occupied, residential properties.  Owners of chickens shall annually obtain a chicken ownership permit from Wellington City and shall pay the required fees.
